Seriously - it is March 19th and this is my FIRST post for the month!?! I guess that just goes to prove how fast time goes by!
I thought it was fitting to give a Baby Coal update. I have definitely had my moments of thinking Baby Coal wasn't going to make it in our household because he is PURE PUPPY. I figured house breaking him would be easy since I primarily work from home. WRONG! I take the boy out - he does his thing. When I let him back in, he waits about a minute and then does his thing inside as well. REALLY?!? We have made some progress, but he still has his issues. I think he is going to be a keeper for us! He LOVES Abby's Barbie dolls, as you will see in one picture. He also LOVES to get food off the counter. One day he came running into my office with a baggie of pancakes he got off the counter - out of 20 pancakes, he ate all but 1. He also got Abby's donut off the counter - the proof is in the pic! Most days, he hangs out with me in my office - he loves sitting in the window. Oh - and I will end on his weight. He is 15 weeks old and weighs 20.4 pounds. He is going to be a big boy!
We recently completed our March RAK for somebody we know (still working on the RAK for a stranger). We RAK'd their school teachers - fun! Their teachers play such a HUGE part in their lives, so I like to occasionally do little things for them to show our appreciation for everything they do. I ask the teachers to give us a list of their 'favorites' so that when we do something for them, they most likely will like what they get. Back to the RAK ... for their teachers, they got a thermal lunch bag filled with goodies they told us they liked. It is always so much fun to do something nice for others!!
I will give an update on the kids next - they have lots of stuff going on too!
Here is a picture overload of Coal ...
